Galileo Information Centre Closing Ceremony
The closing ceremony of the Galileo Information Centre for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean is prepared
The ceremony will take place on October 26, 2023 in person at the Palacio de Minería in Mexico City. You also have the option to attend online.
The partners of the Galileo Information Centre in collaboration with the Mexican Space Agency (AEM) are preparing a very attractive programme.
Speakers from leading national, European and international organisations will describe the challenges that the Galileo program has faced in improving the understanding of European GNSS services in the region covered by the centre. Emphasis will also be placed on the achievements obtained, those positive contributions that add value, and generate a positive result, such as the new generations more trained in issues related to EGNSS, the development of new applications based on Galileo and new local and regional initiatives that use satellite navigation technology.
If you plan to attend in person, we recommend that you register as soon as possible, as the capacity of the venue is limited – Palacio de la Mineria in Mexico City – and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can consult the agenda and register at Final event – Galileo Information Centre Mexico | GIC Mexico (galileoic-mexico.com)
We look forward to seeing you in Mexico or online!
