Joint Hackathon between the Galileo Information Centers in Mexico (Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean) and Chile (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador)
Aimed at entrepreneurs, companies, researchers and students in these countries and in the European Union
During the weeks leading up to the hackathon, educational and informative webinars will be held on how to use Galileo data, use cases, business, financing and much more. The competition will take place on September 9 and 10 in online format. Registration will close on September 7 at 12:00 am (UTC-6) (Mexico: 1:00 p.m., Chile: 2:00 p.m.)
The objective of this Hackathon is to promote the development of new applications that use Europe’s Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS): Galileo, to reduce the digital divide in Latin America through Galileo and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
